Memphis, Tennessee - (The Hosting News) - April 14, 2009 - Hosted Microsoft Applications provider, Final ASP, has purchased the Web Hosting Business and customers from Spun Creations, to enable local marketing and customer access to business critical services.

In a move to gain more customers in their own local market, Final ASP reached a deal for an undisclosed amount for the Spun Creations Web Hosting business. Spun Creations has served the local Memphis market for over 10 years and will continue to serve it by focusing on Web Development and Web Design.

The company issued the following statement: ''It has been a good move for us and has allowed us to pick up a large number of customers in our area. We have been successfully moving these customers to our more premium line of services like Hosted Microsoft Exchange and Hosted Microsoft CRM.''

Final ASP has said they are speaking to other organizations about possible buyouts and says they are hoping to announce more soon.

Spun Creations provides low-cost Web Solutions to Business Users for daily Communications and Online Operations.

Final ASP has offered Microsoft Exchange hosting and other hosted Microsoft Applications for the last 6 years, including more applications and services than any other similar provider. Products include: Microsoft Exchange Hosting, Microsoft CRM Hosting, and Hosted Blackberry.

New Halo Version from Microsoft?

A Microsoft job posting on Career Builder dot com reveals that the media giant is now enlisting programmers for a brand-new Halo project that embraces online social communities. Is this the Halo MMO fans have been clamoring for, one that will bring games like Halo 3 and Halo Wars to the scale of World of Warcraft? It's possible, but at this time we're as in the dark as you are.

To clarify, the mysterious new Halo game is not Halo 3: ODST, which comes out this September, but an entirely new Halo experience that you'll potentially be able to play on your iPhone, your Xbox 360, and PC.

"We're looking to blend console, web, and mobile to create an immersive Halo world that follows the dedicated Halo fan wherever they go. We need engineers that can build connected technology while working in a startup environment." -Microsoft
